Happy Monday everyone!! I’m doing more days at work this week but I’m feeling motivated to get back into training. I have been working and moving house so I haven’t had any time at all to do any! Not good for me to miss training as it’s something I love doing and it’s so good for my mind! However I’m starting to feel settled and won’t be long until I’m in a new routine. Don’t put pressure on yourself for missing training if you have so many other things going on which occupy your time. Comfortable double at 175kg. Going to be pushing my deadlift over the next few weeks. Should be testing in the next 6 weeks or so. . The competition I was due to do in July had a deadlift ladder event. Barbells ranging from 180kg to 220kg. If I can sniff 220kg on test day I'll be over the moon. That will be a heck of a PB! . If anyone will get me there it's tc_strength

Jako że ramienno promieniowy przy chwytaniu czegoś ciężkiego zapinal się jak rozporek na amen powodował dosłownie odcięcie i brak możliwość chwycenia czegokolwiek, poprawa pracy przepony, przepływu krwi i całego splotu ramiennego gdzie u radotherapy łokcie nie były nawet dotknięte bez katownia powięzi rozbijania które sam robię pistoletem do masażu, zminimalizowany ból do minimum.
