✨You do not need a fancy gym membership to work out! ✨ . If I workout at home, this is all I use! A set of dumbbells, a kettlebell and a foam roller! I went from having a full gym to a gym with dumbbells, a cable machine and cardio equipment, and I’ve never felt more excited about working out! Sure, modification has to happen but the full equipment isn’t always necessary! . What IS necessary, is the right attitude, a plan and the willingness to give every workout everything you’ve got! . You want to see results? Start putting forth your best effort day in and day out. And this doesn’t just apply to fitness, but every aspect in life. Leave the excuses at the door! Set smart goals and work towards them day in a day out. No more, “I’ll start Monday,” or “I don’t have time right now!” You can’t be upset with the results you didn’t get with the work you didn’t do! . Need some at home workout ideas? W9D1&2 🏋🏻‍♀️ Today I finished my last exam of this semester (Financial Accounting B) which also marks the second last subject of my Commerce degree/Accounting major. My fifth year of uni but I'm finally (almost) finishing my first degree 😭😭 I was so happy and exhausted I celebrated by taking a fat nap afterwards!! . This is my last week of my program. That is 2 years on the same program. I wanted to stop a week ago but my coach told me to just finish it so you can say you completed the program. So I have one more workout. Week 2 working with aesthetic_strength. Lots of pause work and stability work, trying to work some kinks out. Filming directly from the side and directly in front is different for me, but helps point out some stuff too. • Today was a top triple pause squat at RPE 7. Hit a double at 365 that felt easy so I jumped to 395 (1st vid) for the top set. Pretty sure it was an 8 though. Still learning to determine RPE beforehand. Then 3x6 at -12% (345). Last set shown (2nd vid). • Also hit a top paused set of 4 at RPE 7 on bench. This was 235 (3rd vid) and definitely a 7, maybe even 6.5. Then 3x6 at -12% (205). Last set shown (4th vid). • I definitely have a lot to work on and refine and I’m excited to learn and get better with the #PrimeFam.#NoBadDays
