I am dealing with so many #femaleclients and mostly everyone wants to know how to get rid of the under bra fat or back fat? All they wanna do is run for hours or starve to lose fat. My only answer is a proper strength training program with 1-2 days of high intensity interval training and ofcourse, a proper nutrition intake. No matter what you do, if you can’t follow these three things for a long period of time and be consistent with your training, you will not be able to get rid of it. Also, I don’t do so many fancy exercises. I stick to the basics and love how my body is changing its shape. Again, I only concentrate on eating good food and working out just to stay fit. Nothing new here, same peach, different day, hairs a mess as per usual and so is quality 😬. But anyway, I went to donate blood yesterday (I do it often, you should too if you’re healthy enough), but surprisingly I was told my iron levels were on the lowest limit of healthy. 🤯 So I’ll try and fix that and if anyone has this issue as well, instead of taking supplements, try rising your iron levels with actual food. So I’ll be consuming foods high in iron and also, since iron is best absorbed if eaten together with vitamin C I’ll add that too (citrus fruit, dark leafy veg or bell peppers), and apparently certain foods can significantly *decrease* iron absorption, like dairy (calcium), cereals and grains (food containing phytates), coffee and tea (contains polyphenols), so have couple of hours in between those foods and a meal high with iron. You know when you lose your way a bit during your journey and fall off your path/feel a bit lost? That happened to me a couple of months ago and I had mentioned on here back then how I hadn’t been feeling the gym what so ever! I had been going and getting it done but I was definitely NOT present!😏 Kind of lost that passion but it has finally came back STRONG and I’m finally back on my path and know where I’m heading👏🏻 There is no better feeling than finding that love again that was lost for a little bit! It's been an overwhelming week in the gym this week, been finding it hard to find my focus at times with juggling life. Even as a man it's okay to feel a tad sad now and again, and today was that type of day for me. So we packed the car up, and headed for Margam Park, the fresh air and exercise has giving me that boost I needed. Also brought back some amazing memories of Invincbl and how amazing love_from_lo and touch_healingbarry are for completing the race today. 👌 It's okay to feel low now and again, its okay to to not be strong all the time, and it's okay to talk. 💪. Chin up dads were only human.

AMAZING 12pt breakfast••• Protein pancakes••• this time I substituted the water for vanilla Premier Protein. So mix 1 cup of Kodiak Protein pancake mix... 1 cup of vanilla Premier Protein and one egg. After you’ve made the batter, you get 1/2cup of batter for 7pts. It not only gives the pancakes quite a bit more protein but it makes them sweeter and better tasting!!! SOOO GOOD 😋😋😋!!!•••• that brings me to the eggs Benedict I made with weight watchers hollandaise sauce packet... i’m going to be honest I was a little skeptical if it was going to be good but it was so delicious and only 1pt per pack.... highly recommend it•••so 3pts for 1 light English muffin••• 2 Canadian bacon 1pt (you can actually have 3 Canadian bacon’s for 1 pt if you want)••• 2 eggs 0pts ••• 1pack of WW Hollandaise sauce 1pt ••• YOU GUYS both of these dishes were AMAZING!!! Happy Saturday fam 🌻 sort of a long post! ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ Pretty proud of this lift from yesterday. 195x5 PR😭 (last one was iffy, and still need to work on scap strength) but wow this felt good. I have been working SO hard on finding ways to improve my technique. Most people think when you learn the deadlift, you have it down. Nope, it has been one of the most frustrating parts of my powerlifting journey. I started deadlifting three years ago! It is so dang hard to put up heavy weight with proper form. ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ So, I have spent MONTHS observing variations from other powerlifters. I have taken bits from stephaniesanzo steficohen phdeadlift dangreenpowerlifter maddyforberg mirandacohenfit & compiled them into one comfortable movement FOR ME. Everyone is different in terms of how they do things. Some like conventional deadlifts, some like sumo. Some like to tap and go, some like to reset after each rep. ⁣⁣⁣so it’s important to find what works for you! ⁣⁣⁣ Overall, I am not perfect. But I am so proud of myself for using my resources to LEARN and IMPROVE. So I encourage you all to do the same 🙌🏼 Nothing ever comes easy, especially in this kind of world. So don’t give up if you get frustrated or results are slower than you’d like. Keep going🤛🏻

An Example Of An Off-Season Structure‭. ‬ # What this should say is, a perfect scenario. As we know, life isn’t perfect, so not getting disheartened because you cannot structure your Mesos like this, is important. Only do, what you can adhere to. # In terms of the perfect structure, I would rotate 4 Mesocycles. # 1️⃣ Hypertrophy Meso - keeping reps within the 6-15 mark generally. Nothing fancy and alongside progressive eating, it’ll certainly add tissue (maybe). Moving from MEV-MRV utilising RIR (the triple progression model). # 2️⃣ Hypertrophy Meso - A repeat of Meso 1. # 3️⃣ Metabolite Meso - Increased rep range, increasing number of supersets/giant sets/tri sets, etc. All around, a sickening Meso. Less stress on tendons, also. We can move from MEV-MRV still, but tonnage seems to be outrageous. Assessing volume is critical here. # 4️⃣ Primer Meso/Mini Cut Meso - Both low volume. Ones sat at MV, ones sat at MEV. A chance to resensize to high volume and tonnage. It sets ourselves up for future massing. # Bodybuilding is a game of delayed gratification. Taking the now, because it’s in front of you, is a short term approach. Setting yourself up to gain for longer, by pulling off the gas from time to time, is a longevity promoter. # Let’s Grow. 🔝

Rest day from lifting but did my cardio for the day + some uni work AND it’s refeed day 🥳🥳 had some blueberry protein pancakes this morning and they were unreal! (If you’d like to see what I eat on a refeed and see how glorious my protein pancakes were watch my story) 😍 I have a refeed tomorrow as well and with Monday I’ll have 3 weeks left on this cut. I’ve seen some pretty good changes this week so I’m really excited to see what happens in the last few days of cutting!

Swipe ➡️ for a little 🍑 pic 🤪 . Despite my overindulgent day yesterday I’m feeling pretty lean today! I woke up this morning expected to be super bloated and feeling shitty but actually my body bounced back and I woke up with a flattish stomach which is a very rare occurrence 🤣 remember one, two or even three days of going off track won’t make a scrap of difference to your journey in the long run! . I love being focused on me. I love making time for myself, putting myself first. I honestly think that loving yourself and prioritising yourself is the key to happiness because then, not only are you better for yourself, but you’re better for everyone around you and you can enjoy life and live it to the fullest! At this moment in time, I am quite possibly the happiest I’ve been for the last few years and it feels amazing 🤩❤️

***KILLER ABS*** I did 3 rounds of these exercises really focusing on engaging the core and not letting lower back or neck muscles to take over!! swipe twice to see a year of gains⁣ ⁣ never have i ever done any sort of circuit style training⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ never have i ever done any HIIT style training to target my legs⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ these things look fun but you will not grow from them!! ⁣⁣⁣ ⁣⁣⁣ compound movements like deadlift variations and hip thrusts are key for getting your glutes to grow - and applying PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. i’ve started tracking my workouts and putting more and more of a workload on my body and i truly think its paid off. i’m a bit weaker from where i was because of my time off of the gym spent traveling but i will never stop applying progressive overload (with the occasional deload)⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ remember to push yourself. gains were never made through a cute 15 minute hiit circuit. have fun with ur hiit but remember to lift heavy and make gains 🤠

This morning's activation: kickbacks, hydrants, and the 🍒 on top- banded 2 min. each elevated glute bridges.
