The services provided by the Rome Airport include:
- 48 toilets have been updated in accordance with an avant-garde concept
- LED lighting devices have been presented to save energy
- New signs for passengers
- New seating and sleeperettes to increase passenger comfort
- Self-service check-in stations at Terminal 3
- New floorings for pedestrian walkways Arrivals
- New boarding bridges
- Wi-Fi without time limits
- Free luggage trolley service
- Advanced infrastructure for passengers with limited mobility (desks that are easily accessible, priority security procedures and passport control, etc.)
- New post: Terminal Manager for supporting travelers
- A desk is opened for the immediate issuance of identity documents for passengers owning a ticket
- All information points are equipped with a fax machine and photocopier machine
- Separate collection of rubbish and optimization of waste disposal
- Restricted Kiss & Go and Stop & Go traffic areas established
- A new big screen of "flights-info", it is located in the departures area in Terminals 1 and 3 at airport
- Eat & Drink Guide distributed around the airport to provide passengers with detailed information on where to eat and drink at the airport
- Personal shopper service is available in Italian, English and Mandarin Chinese. The personal shopper is operative every day from 9 am to 9 pm at the E boarding areaThe service is completely free of charge and can be sent by e-mail to the address: personalshopper@adr.it up to 4 hours prior departure flight or can be requested directly at the Rome Airport by the subsequent phone number: +3906659528978• a new graphics user-friendly interface and menu for the free ADR app
Also, all passengers are offered to use nursery services and it’s located at the departures area at the Terminal 2.

Kiss&Go area
This area was created for the passengers in order to have the safe and easy access to the terminals. This area is reserved for the passengers and their friends heading for Terminals 1, 2, and 3, both Departures and Arrivals. Since stopping in this area, drivers have 15 minutes to accompany and say goodbye or to greet someone who leaves or arrives, without stress, and without traffic jams. One who accompanies a passenger in departure has 15 minutes to park, meet and leave the area. And one who awaits a passenger in arrival can also park for 15 minutes in Kiss&Go area. Those who want to stay longer can pay for the parking meters for up to an hour of additional time.
